All of the above products can be made in your choice of colors and textures; there may be an additional charge for custom colors. If your produvts will be stored for any length of time. pleasde mke sure they re sealed first. This will help prevent any extreme efflorescence.
PAYMENT TERMS Orders must be accompanied by a payment of 50%, or an incremental payment as agreed upon in larger orders. Full payment is expected before orders leave our yard. Orders that remain unpaid in our yard after 30 days, unless other arrangements are made, will be charged storage fees of 10% of invoice value per month or part thereof. After 120 days these orders will be sold to the highest bidder.
SHIPPING Standard hand made crates are $65.00 and hold varying amounts of each product; call for estimates. These are deliverable by crane truck at market prices.
PLEASE DO NOT PRESSURE WASH OR ACID WASH ANY OF OUR COLORED CONCRETE PRODUCTS. This may cause irreparable damage that may not immediately be apparent. Cleaning with soap, water and bleach will do the job. Interior tile can be most easily maintained with a Mop N Glow type cleaner; exterior tile, after sealing, can be hosed clean with your garden hose. Direct applications of bleach will remove mildew or stains, and will not hurt the tile. Rust stains should be avoided, as they may not come clean with any procedure. Exterior siloxane sealers should be renewed every 2 to 3 years, or when water on the surface soaks in and darkens the tile.
The 2" thick tile can be laid on a dry mix of manufactured sand and cement, either inside a building or as an exterior patio or walkway. See /tile-and-pool-coping/tile/ for installation suggestions.
These products are available in a smooth satin finish, or a travertine (coral stone) like texture. All can be colored to match or compliment paint, stone, or other materials. Samples made available upon request.
