Smooth interior tile

Smooth concrete tile will achieve an attractive patina as they age, and the durable surface will remain smooth and shiny with only minimal care and maintenance.

Our smooth finish interior floor and wall tile can be ordered pre-sealed with a sprayed on acrylic sealer, either matte or gloss.  This sealer is a no wax, petroleum base acrylic that will withstand cleaning with ammonia, bleach, or other strong bathroom cleaners.  Abrasive cleaners should not be used.

The floor and wall tile can also be ordered unsealed, and after installation the proper sealer can be applied.  We recommend installation by professionals. 

Travertine exterior tile

Our travertine texture tile resembles either travertine marble or cut coral stone.  These patterns of roughness can be altered for use on an exterior covered patio (perhaps 10% rough), or for use on a wet area near the pool (perhaps 50% rough).  Complementary color can be lightly added into the texturing.

The travertine marble pattern is swirled onto the surface;  the coral stone pattern is more random and disconnected.  All our exterior textures are slip resistant. 

Stone finish exterior tile

This texture resembles the surface of cut limestone.  It's roughness is more homogeneous, more regular, without the fissures of travertine or cut coral.  It is easier to keep clean.

All our exterior tile should be sealed as they are installed, and every year after that.  Please use a penetrating silicone or siloxane sealer, not a sealer that will leave a behind a slippery surface.  We recommend WATER BAN 90, available from us (Lambert Products).
